I would stay away from this Mercedes dealership!

I would stay away from this Mercedes dealership!!! I drove 4 hours with a check in hand to purchase a very expensive used convertible 2020 Mercedes e amg which was certified cpo. I was told the car was in mint condition and had Annie the salesperson check it out personally before we drove 4 hours. When we got there we noticed the bumper was protruding out where it meets the side fender and it was hanging out one inch from the bottom of the car. The dealer clearly knew this because the pictures they used on cars.com did not show the issue but when you get down there you could clearly see the bumper was loose and a piece broke off. They claimed it was from a car wash. The bumper had pulled off from a cement parking curb or it bottomed out from a low driveway. Either way, the car was damaged. The certification report listed the bumper was fine. I had a check to purchase the car and the dealer said they would not fix the bumper that was hanging off low on this $50,000 Mercedes 2020 convertible. To make matters worse, we test drove the car and both the passenger and driver side windows whistled loudly as we drove. Again, Annie and the sales manager refused to do anything to fix the issue before we bought the car. They also were agitated that I even suggested it was thier responsibility to fix this certified CPO car. Don't waste your time dealing with these people as the cars they are selling as Mercedes certified are not living up to the Mercedes certified standards. I strongly advise you to stay away from this dealership and Annie and her sales manager.

Super positive car shopping experience. Did not feel stressed or pressured at all, which was nice. ended up taking a car home the same day we came in.

I had extremely disappointing experience with this

I had extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to steer clear. 1. During a maintenance visit, they recommended replacing my wiper blades but didn’t have the parts available. I paid in advance for them to order and ship the blades to my address, yet they never arrived. No follow-up, no accountability. 2. I scheduled an appointment to test drive two specific cars. When I arrived, no one seemed to be aware of the appointment. One car was parked right outside but according to salesman was longer available, and the other vehicle was took by their manager and was "not present" at the dealership. It was as if my appointment had been completely disregarded. 3. I booked yet another appointment to see a car I was seriously interested in and as I learned how they might do this time I requested an email confirmation, which they provided. I went there only to be told by the salesperson that the car had been sold an hour before I arrived. Clearly, they had ample time to notify me, but instead, they wasted my time and energy. The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy at this dealership is astonishing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here.

Beware of this dealership!

Beware of this dealership!! My son purchased a used 2013 Honda CR=V. Was a nice vehicle until 1-2 days later when the battery was dying, found out it was the alternator. A buyer would think they would check and test such things like this out before offering to sell. During our visit we had chit chat with a salesman named Steven, during this conversation it was mentioned he has a son with his learners permit to drive. I GUARANTEE if this happened to his son, the problem would be taken care of with his dads dealership
