Car buying can at times be quite a hassle, but Horeb made it completely stress free. He was very professional and made sure to explain all options available to me in great detail. Found vehicle I wanted and dealership said financing was lined up, had appointment set to come in. In texting with sales associate they said vehicle I wanted was no longer available, but the had one in a different tri, that was more expensive. Sales associate said they would talk to their manager about whether financing would work for the other vehicle. Man who said he was sales manager called later and asked what I was looking for. He said he would look at it and he or somebody would get back to me that day. Never heard from the dealership again. Funny thing is, they still have the vehicle I initially wanted shown on their website as available. Maybe they just leave it there for bait and switch purposes. I would avoid this dealership.
