Great experience

they were happy to help and worked hard to get me into a vehicle i wanted! a friendly staff and plenty of amenities to keep me comfortable a pain free car buying experience i never felt forced or coaxed into any decision!

a very friendly staff and helpful

I was not pressured, all my questions were answered, Lessons Learned do not wash the vehicle and put it outside in the winter time here in Alaska, let it dry it took me a while to thaw the lock latches had to take it to a friend garage to activate the locks.

April Armor and Derek are the BEST!

You hear all the horror stories of "Dealership Repairs/Pricing" and I will say that these guys are an exception to all the stories I have heard about other shops in the past. From the moment I called and spoke to April(Service Advisor) and Derek(Technician), it was positive communication throughout the process. I had planned to get the tranny flushed and filter changed along with a couple of other odd things and I received the call that most folks don't want to get. I had some other service issues that was much more pressing (safety issues). April had stated that the Technician had not started anything yet because he needed to advise me of the safety issues and to see which route I wanted them to take. I knew that the brakes were bad and needed attention, but that was something I was going to attempt to tackle myself later, but unbeknownst to me, the right rear had ceased and was at its limit before failure. I asked the Technician what else would he have done to the truck if it was his truck what else would he have done. He gave me a couple other odd and end things, but nothing too the extent that he could have since I'm not a professional mechanic. After deliberating with it, I decided to move forward with the repairs and so far "Old Sarge" is running better than ever. April kept me in the loop on timeline, pricing, and anything else that arose and made the entire process enjoyable. My experience is that if you neglect your regular maintenance and take your vehicle in for a specific repair, you're more than likely not going to like what the mechanic has to say when he/she finds other issues happening, especially safety issues. It's like going to the doctor because of high blood pressure and the doctor tells you that you have more pressing issue like that clogged artery going to your heart. Both issues need to be attended to, but the clogged artery can be a show stopper and needs to be addressed now. Got sidetracked, but I would highly recommend these truck doctors to anyone. Thank you.

My Experience

Quick back story. I owned a '11 Tundra. My well dried up so I had to take a loan out against my truck to get a complete new well dug. So I'm paying 366 a month to the bank. I was down at dodge picking up my tires when I ran into James King. I talked with him for a few minutes while another service gentleman went to the back to grab my tires. I talked to James about the situation I was facing as he had mentioned a similar situation. After talking for a while he mentioned to me that I should stop by when I get a chance and he would run some numbers for me. 2 weeks later I come down. James sets me down Willie Stryken and we start talking about what my wife and I actually need/want. Willie found some vehicles that fit our needs and covered most of our wants. I'm not going to get into all of the details but these gentlemen went the extra mile to help my wife and I out. And got my payment 4 dollars less to 362. Thank you James and Willie for working with me and hashing this deal out. I also want to thank Chris Schmidt for crunching the final numbers and getting me to be where I needed. Also a special thank you to Dave McDonald for putting all the paperwork and being patient for the next few days while I gathered all the paperwork requested. You gentlemen worked togeather and made this deal happen and made my wife happy with a new car. It's the first time shes ever had a new car off the lot. Thank you again for everything. Mike & Mel

Beyond Happy

Quick, Easy Service

I was able to get my truck serviced very quickly. The service advisor all found a warranty recall repair that was needed. I was able to get that scheduled for a convenient time.
