Awesome service.

Logan at wasilla Lithia helped me out tremendously. I was upside down on a vehicle that had high miles and him and the team at the dealership helped me find the right vehicle with rebates to where I could get rid of my negative equity and get into a new truck for me and a Jeep for my wife without raising my payments. Ive purchased multiple vehicles from him and they have always taken good care of me. I send all my friends and family here. I told him what kind of vehicles I was looking for and what the situation was over the phone and by the time I got to the dealership he had already done the research for what vehicles would work best for what I was looking for with rebates to get rid of my negative equity and still had all the comforts I was looking for in a new vehicles and had them parked and ready for a test drive. Best dealership in the valley.

Great experience

The people in the service dept. went above and beyond for us. We have bought 2 Jeeps from them and from the sales dept. to the service dept. was excellent. Thanks again.

Fast, friendly, and efficient

Always talk to the sales rep. Beau was really helpful with answering questions I had, and was able to help me figure out exactly what I wanted! They were fast, friendly, efficient, and very helpful in getting me all the info to help make my decision!

The best customer service......

Great customer service and excellent communication with me. There was a hiccup in communication between the service dept and the parts dept, but my service rep, Brian, was totally forthcoming and transparent. No excuses or deflected blame that you so often see. When that got straightened out, the service dept fixed our Jeep quickly and flawlessly.

My thoughts

Every time I take my vehicle to be serviced I am given a list of things needing to be repaired or replaced. This time to the tune of close to $1,000. It makes it seem that Lithia is trying to "find" things so as to make more money. Not impressed! Having the "Bumper to Bumper" service agreement along with the "Lifetime Oil" service seemed like a good thing but I don't appreciate the fact that they always want me to spend more. Including the fact that a rear differential seal which was included in the bumper to bumper is only discounted a portion of the fee. There was no mention of a deductible when I purchased the vehicle. Seems like another "hidden" cost. Even though I have answered Yes to the question "Would you recommend this dealer to a friend?", I would have rather had a button stating "Questionable".

Great service

We had a great experience with the salesperson and the loans officer went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of with the purchase of a used Jeep! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Service for a recall on air bags for Jeep

Stop by on 2/11/19 set a date for 2/25/19. on 2/12/19 service person call and said we need to call in March for new date. Got 4 other calls about a Truck that I got.( Didn't buy a new truck). stop by and talk to the Manager HE said he would take care of it. Made a date for the recall airbags for the 3/11/19 at 7am. 2 days later got another call to pick up plates for the Truck. when I got the recall air bags service done., Got to work , looked at the paperwork closer all the information for me was wrong again stop by to get my name and address Plus phone number right, was told the work order was closed and I need to came back and talk with the service manager, Went to talk with the main Manager that I talked with before. Wound not came out of the office area. I ask another sale person to pull up my Information on the Jeep that I got back in 2015. GUESS WHAT none of my Information was not in their date base. You Guess it - I will not be back and I will tell everyone that ask about this place to stay away. One last thing I have to say is I don't think anyone will follow up on this or anyone else that had a EXPERIENCE.

Best car purchase experience we have ever had!

Purchasing a new vehicle has always been very stressful for us. So many choices, so much pressure, and great financial expense! Not quite like buying a new house--but close! When we took the steps of research and comparisons before actually entering any dealership, we felt prepared to go forward to fight our way through the pressures of car shopping. We were so thankful and surprised by the entire team at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla. Non-pressuring, well informed and knowledgeble, personable, and courteous are terms we can apply to every member of the team. Every question we had was answered well. James, Gabe, and Louis worked so cohesively that it gave us such confidence and comfort. Our new Jeep Grand Cherokee is exactly as described. We love it and are so thankful for the amazing team in Wasila that made this purchase so enjoyable!
