Troy was amazing and gave me a great deal or at least it works for me. He was not pushy at all and really was just looking and he took care of it. Called to follow up and found a bad rim and replacing it. The best and easiest car deal and I always used Kendall so I'm sending people Troy's way. The way his salesmanship reminded me of what my deceased father did in the '60s and '70s. Troy had to impress me and did so. He as well respected me as a Woman and talked to me like I knew about Jeeps which I do, never doubted my intelligence. I Have owned 5 now and upgrade after warranties are gone. This one I love the Warranty and it was stressed and that was important since I will be driving a lot. Troy made me feel like a friend more than a customer. I love his sense of humor.
