I wanted to thank Jon for the easiest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We searched for a month for an SUV and went from dealer to dealer and had such a difficult time with the general car buying process. We came across Ruby Auto Group from a friend that had utilized their services recently. I am so thankful for that because all we had to do was tell Jon what we were looking for and within a week or so Jon found exactly what we were looking for (without all the hassles and stress). Saw the car online, went to the lot and test drove it. Had some questions about the vehicle, John called me the next day with answers and I picked it up that evening. No hassle, no up-selling. Best car buying experience I've had. When I got there, all I had to do was sign a few papers. He washed the car for me even though it was already clean. Nice vehicle for the price as well.
