Jon was very patient with me and explained different things throughout the entire process since this is only my second time purchasing a car. I was without a vehicle and Jon made me feel like I was his top priority and I found a car within week or so while working with him. Jon even took the time to make sure the car was up to his high standards and replaced my tires with new ones because he didn't feel comfortable selling me a car with low quality tires. I had been looking for a particular type of vehicle for some time. When such a car showed up being offered by Ruby Auto Group it met, and exceeded, my expectations. I was not able to jump on it immediately due to some scheduling conflicts, but I contacted Jon and he graciously agreed to meet me on a Sunday to view the vehicle. The car was just as advertised and Jon did not apply much pressure beyond what I would expect a salesman trying to sell something should. This was a much nicer and less pressure environment than I experienced on prior auto purchases. We came to an agreement that day and moved forward. Initially the financing Jon came back with was not as good as I could get on my own, but he asked for a chance to match it and he came back with a better offer, which I accepted and the deal was done. I now own a car that I like and had a much more pleasant experience as a result of going to Ruby.
