I recently purchased a car from Action Auto. Tito was the salesman who helped me throughout my car shopping experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I bought one car, but later decided that it wasn't the car for me. Tito and Jake were both really helpful with switching it for a different one. I am very happy with my purchase and with how easy it was to communicate with them about switching cars. They really strive to do what's best for the customer.

Great selection of cars. Andrew was pleasant to work with as well. Not once did he make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. He was also willing to provide me with any report and information on the vehicles I was interested in.

I was looking for a car 1-2 years old. Action Auto had LOTS to choose from but one stood out. I sent an inquiry and Logan reached out to me immediately. I live 2 hours away and couldn't get there right away but within a week I was able to come out and test drive it with my wife. We already have great success with Subarus and so between Logan, Alex, and Mia we had the confidence to buy the first and only car we test drove, a 2020 Outback Limited with only 15k miles.
