Horrible experience from Sales staff who knows very little about cars. Finance managers who show little respect for customers. Lack of handling concerns after sale. Don't waste your time here

Heard about Action Auto while searching for my new car. I’m so glad I purchased through them. Alex the salesperson was so helpful from the start while looking at cars online. Answered all questions I had and made sure he provided all information I needed. Was great at communicating. The test driving experience and customer service were great when I actually came into the dealer (I went to both Lehi and Orem to test drive). Purchase and negotiation was pretty straightforward and good conversation all round. Jake in Financing was a great great personality. Great dude and very helpful. I felt no pressure at all doing business with them. Would 100% recommend.

Our experience started super frustrating due to our sales man being new. We wasted way more time than needed, however we were able to purchase our commuter car and Andre did a good job at trying to correct all the issues, making us feel valued and heard.
