20,000 mile service

Had my 20,000 mile service. DK is awesome in the service department!! Also, Blake Bostic is another bight spot at Toyota of Bristol! Thanks guys for making my visit a pleasure.

Service Dept. Exceptional!

Excellent service and fast! Always have a comfortable place to wait with plenty of seating. They take their job and our safety seriously and let you know exactly what you will need to stay safe!

Wonderful!

Steven was an excellent and professional service technician. Austin, I believe that was his name, who changed the oil was also a gentleman. I don't come in for service as often as I did because I do not drive as much. However, when I do need service I will come to your dealership. Thank you.

Easy in, fast turaround

I have always received wonderful customer support from Toyota Bristol - from the receptionist thru checkout. I appreciate their respect and have trust they do what they say. This means a lot.

excellent

Service tech was very helpful and service expeditious Our 2015 4Runner was scheduled for a 40K service on 2-1-19. Upon arrival, the service tech (Bertus) informed us of a recall on the air bag. He secured a rental car for us right off and the service and recall were taken care of within the time he stated. He was polite, helpful and saved us an extra trip while ensuring our safety. Thank you!

Every thing went well. Seem they went over my car well. Enjoyed talking with one of Toyota of Bristol sales personal Jody Deskins, when I deside to buy again Iwill sure look him up nice guy.

275000 mile service on my Prius C all the guys (Bertis and DK) treated me Great and did a Great job as always!Thanks for keeping me rolling!

Great salesman

Salesman Jody Deskins went above and beyond to help. Great sales experience. Finance was a different experience- was laid to and charged extra chargesthat was not mentioned at time of sale.

Sixty thousand mile checkup and oil change.

Everything went very well. Treated good by everyone who worked for the dealership, especially Johnny. Very thorough with their inspection. Cost seemed a little high, but overall very happy.

2019 Tacoma purchase

I was Mr. Perkey's first new sale customer. He listened to what I was looking for, and did an excellent job of trying to meet my wants/needs. Other than fact that I now have a car payment for the first time in 15 years, it was a painless experience, and I will recommend Toyota of Bristol to my friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle.
