Sixty thousand mile checkup and oil change.

Everything went very well. Treated good by everyone who worked for the dealership, especially Johnny. Very thorough with their inspection. Cost seemed a little high, but overall very happy.

2019 Tacoma purchase

I was Mr. Perkey's first new sale customer. He listened to what I was looking for, and did an excellent job of trying to meet my wants/needs. Other than fact that I now have a car payment for the first time in 15 years, it was a painless experience, and I will recommend Toyota of Bristol to my friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent service, highly recommended

I highly recommend Toyota of Bristol for all your Toyota service needs. I have not bought a car there yet but most likely will in the next few years because everyone there is friendly and courteous and seems to care about their customers needs. FIVE STARS.

The calm before the storm!

I woke up this am with a big problem. I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was out and needed a refill. A winter storm was approaching and I was not prepared. My wife works as a nurse anesthetist at a local hospital and needed me to drive her to work in the middle of the storm. Unfortunately, my hood release cable was not working and I couldn’t replace my wiper fluid. So I did what most men would do and tried to figure it out myself. When that didn’t work, I called Toyota of Bristol for help. They told me to bring the vehicle by and they would take a look. I had a great experience! Johnny Bowman took care of my hood release cable and even managed to find time to have my 45K service. I was in and out in less than an hour. It’s nice to know that I can count on my local Bristol Toyota. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Thanks Johnny B. You da man!!!

If you are looking for a new car; I highly recommend Jacob Kopp! He knows these vehicles and is happy to show you everything. He is calm and engaging if it weren't for him I would not have bought from this dealership!

I showed up not expecting to come home in a new car. I told Jacob what I wanted and he made it happen. He was friendly and personable. He made what few hours I was there fly by.
