When my family was planning to buy a car we plan to visit three different car dealers. We then visited first the Galpin Mazda. We didn't have a chance... to visit the other two because of Chris Flores, I blamed it to him (in a good way). His friendliness, honesty, not pushy (even suggest something), approachable that made us to buy the car here. He made everything easy for us to make it happen. At the end "We had a selfie with Chris" in front of our new car. Family is so happy. Thank you Chris Flores and Mazda.
Awesome experience purchasing with David Abdullaev at Galpin. David was extremely informative and never once pushy. My wife and I purchased a Mazda CX-5... and were so happy with the entire process! David and Galpin honored a verbal agreement on an offer that was no longer available on the day we made the purchase.
The whole team at Galpin Mazda took great care of me. Particularly Francis Valle. He was super helpful and respectful throughout the whole remote purchase... process and awesome in person when I signed everything and picked up the car. The online buying option is the best thing that's ever happened to car buying. From getting a clear line by line price sheet online to completing the application and financing arrangements from the comfort of my home. It was all painless, especially when compared to the typical in-dealer experience. I loved that I didn't have to lose half a day sitting at the dealership to take care of everything with all the back and forth, proposing this, arguing that, and adjusting the other. Instead, everything was clear and streamlined. I did my bit and could focus on other things while they did theirs. I felt much more respected and comfortable this way. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. And, my new CX-5 is awesome. Exactly what I wanted to the last detail and a blast to drive. Zoom, zoom indeed.
Galpin Mazda intentionally misinformed me about my lease end options. "Johnny" the manager ignored me, forcing me to trade in my car with them so they... could make a sale. I sold both of my Mazdas last week, and will never be caught in one again as long as this dealership is in existence.
Galpin Mazda intentionally gave misinformation costing me thousands of dollars in order to create a situation where I was helpless other than buying a... new car. I had a great experience 3 years prior when I purchased last. The attitude of the dealership has completely changed since then.

I bought many cars from Galpin and I've always love the experience that's why I keep coming back. I recently sent my sister to lease a car and Rocio Campos... assisted her. I was so pleased with the way she treated my sister I will continue to send her more family.
Steve Rodgers is our go to guy for cars. We are fiercely loyal to Steve! We refer him to anyone buying a car. He just sold us our 2nd Mazda CX-5 and if... we need a rental he's handled it for us for years. He's honest and thorough and he helps rescue animals. One heck of a human! What do you do when your car breaks down just as your favorite, trusty, long-time, go-to, amazingly-awesome service advisor heads out the door on a well-deserved... vacation? Well, when you are lucky enough to have been assisted by Danny Talamantes at Galpin Mazda, you definitely choose to wait - going without transportation and even changing your holiday weekend plans as I did - because you know that there simply is no substitute for his exceptional service. Painstakingly thorough and attentive, Danny has ever been the very definition of incomparable care. He set high standards for my service expectations long ago and has never failed to meet them in the more than thirteen years since. In fact, he somehow manages to exceed them. Upon his return, my service experience was even better than expected - not only completely stress-free, but altogether pleasant. As always, Danny was absolutely worth the wait!
I recently took my 2018 Kia Stinger here for service (I purchased at Galpin Kia before it closed down and they are referring Kia owners here for service).... I dropped it off at 1:30pm and was told it would be 60-90 minutes so I decided to walk down the street and grab lunch. An hour later I was back in the service waiting area. Two hours after I left my car and I'm told it will be another 5 minutes, 30 minutes later the service advisor asks me why I don't have my car yet. another 30 minutes and I'm told "we have a problem with your car, ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS TAKEN IT!!!!" Seriously!!! Apparently they had done paperwork, handed over the key, the guy had walked over to my car, driven to the exit which has a guard that scans your VIN and cross checks it before he lifts the arm for you to drive out. They said they had called him threatening to call the police and much later that they spoke with him and he was 15-20 minutes away. About 4:30pm after nearly two hours, and 67 miles of joyriding, my car is returned. A 20 something kid gets out and I go off (my car has 3800 miles on it ALL driven by me), he just stands there and repeats "sorry" to every comment I make. The service manager starts backing him up saying 'he was confused', 'he made a mistake'. He took a Silver Stinger when he dropped off a white mazda!!!! The service manager tells me 'obviously we'll give you a tank of gas to make things right' (no joke). So I am now going over every inch of the car inside and out and the kid and manager walk away. Next thing I see the kid driving off in his car, security opens the gate and they let him go. I have NO IDEA what was done in, with or to my car during the time he had it. I would advise anyone planning on using this place to think very carefully because they do not take care of your property. Be warned!
