My experience with Salvador during the sales process was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a sales person. Unfortunately, the auto sales business is full of people who are not very good with understanding the customers needs. Other dealerships seemed to not care about the buyers needs, they want to sell you a car in 15 minutes! Salvador‘s personality and approach suggest he’s a successful salesman, who knows how to sell cars for Galpin. He understood the difference between helping you buy a car and closing a sale in 15 minutes. Salvador could teach a course to other car dealerships about how to communicate with buyers. He does this naturally. I eventually upgraded my selected vehicle at Mazda. Not because the salesman pushed me into it, but he sold me on the features and the benefits. It’s called listening. The overall experience said something unique about Galpin. The 2024 CX-5 was exactly the car I was looking for, at a fair price. By the way, I drove over an hour to work with Salvador when other Mazda dealerships were right down the street. That says it all! Thanks Sal and Galpin Mazda. Richard

Rudy was amazing in getting us a vehicle right away. I don’t like spending too much time at the dealerships and Rudy ran the numbers with me, send me videos, gave me great information about the car I was interested in, all being done remotely which was awesome!
