Never received title to the truck I purchased out right. Called and inquired about the title and was told I owe more money even through I have paid the entire price and have a receipt for it. I have a signed contract saying paid in full. Crooks!! They will be receiving a letter from my attorney if they choose to continue to violate the fl statues.

After repeated attempts to get information on a truck they never responded. Poor communication skills

The salesman, John, is a real character and has a lot to say !! We are, overall, satisfied with our Mercedes S 500 we bought from him, but ALWAYS go into this with both eyes wide open. They are a second hand car dealer, so don't expect everything to work on the car, DO take it for a test drive and DO NOT accept that everything is great, when you find things wrong, as we did. If you stick to these principles, as we did, and still are happy to buy " Sold as seen " then no problem. Although John was great, the lady he handed over to, to complete the paperwork and take payment etc was very miserable and really made you feel as if you were bothering her by merely being there. Needs to go on a Customer awareness course.

For starters they're inventory is not up to date. Went there looking for a specific vehicle. It had been sold weeks ago. Looked around on the lot most of the cars have been painted by Ray Charles. Not sure if that's to hide the fact that they were in accidents or beat by the Florida Sun. Salesman tried to be as honest as he could. No real history as to where the cars come from or how they got to their lot. Pricing on their cars for what they were was a little meh. Not sure I would purchase there. Especially after reading feedback and reviews. I hope the owners read the reviews and make changes.

Bought a used car from John for $6,000 and within a few days the transmission went and the radiator blew and the serpentine belt fell off. John the salesman was peeing on fence outside and he said the plumbing was broken. Everytime we've called to complain he just kept saying well you bought it as is. Transmission company said the transmission was filled with water like it had been in a flood. Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This guy got John is a joke car salesman he should have been selling Matchbox cars or what do they call those things Tonka trucks from back in the day. I went in there to buy a car gave him a deposit you told me within 16 hours I couldn't have my deposit back and I was stuck with the car so I take the car. And he knows eac's bad he tells me he'll give me twenty bucks go down the road and have the guy fix it what a joke twenty bucks to fix an AC a starter a battery and John and I are going to read this so guess what you know what you know who you are and what you do when your cars are not inspected don't worry Karma comes around and goes around you're a real piece of work she get some better cars on your lot not some trash it's so people in don't keep your promises. All that talk about all's I have in life is my word and your word is not worth the dirt I walk on be talking to you soon have a nice day and don't buy anything from this guy's a lot he's a crook a and he will rob you of your money and he did this place is nothing but fraud and his little sidekick that he has in the back room don't believe anything you she says they tell you they'll get a tag for you and they don't even do that funny thing is like I said karma what comes around goes around buddy.BBB see you soon

The reason that I was going there was for the Buick, but that had been sold. I knew from speaking with them, and on the website that they had several SUVs for the price I wanted to pay so this would be a good place to go. It definitely was. I was greeted promptly and worked with Veronica whom I had spoken with on the phone for the sale. She showed me several SUVs and I was able to find an Explorer that was in good condition and reasonably priced. The process to purchase the car was quick and I was on the road in about 90 minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and it was definitely worth the trip from Wimauma, Fl.

I went here with my mom to buy this car with cash in hand to possibly buy this car for her. This guy would not let us test drive the car. He wanted us to pay for it first. He said people come in there and want to test drive the cars all over here and there. We just told him never-mind and left. I have never gone to any car dealership that don’t let customers test drive the cars. This dealership is shady!

They never got back to me on the contact. I am still in the market for a car, but I don't think I will buy one from a dealership that can't contact you back.
