Just purchased a 2012 Honda Touring Pilot from this dealer and it was a great experience. Visiting other car lots and feeling over whelmed by the high pressure sales, it was a pleasant experience to meet Jody Johnson at Performance Honda. She took the time to drive several vehicles with us and was so patient. Jody was so helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle we purchased. Dustin, in finance made the paperwork process very smooth, and the sales manager Jason was also terrific. We were on a trip to Salt Lake and decided to shop for a new vehicle. Jody, stayed late on a Saturday night to help us get the vehicle detailed, and finish up the transaction so we could take it back to Idaho with us the following day. I would highly recommend this dealership and our saleswomen to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Work and service was good. My complaint is that they quoted an estimated price based on the "book" time it would take for the job, which is fine for an estimate because it takes into account the MOST time the job should take. However, when the "book" time is 2 1/2 hours and they only spend 1 1/2 hours then charge me for 2 1/2 hours we have a problem. In the end they charged me $173.33/hour for labor. Does that seem fair? I would recommend finding a mechanic that is honest and charges you for labor they actually do instead of the most they think they can get away with. Performance Honda seems to be ok with the "one and done" business model without worrying about gaining repeat customers.

Allan Thompson has shown us cars several times over the years and is very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time giving us test drives and giving us technical information about Honda cars that was impressive. All without expecting a sale. We often used to browse the new vehicles while our car was being serviced. The service has always been excellent! When we finally need to replace our 16 year old CRV we went to Allan and had a wonderfully smooth experience getting the car we wanted. He takes care of his customers and is genuinely attentive, dependable, and efficient. We love our Honda cars and many thanks to Allan Thomson for making this a wonderful experience!

I bought another Honda from Allan Thompson at the Honda Dealership in Bountiful, Utah. He is still an excellent salesman who sold me my first Honda in 2007 and sold me my CRV in 2014. He was extremely knowledgeable and was never pushy. He was patient with my wife and I and was certainly better at knowing about cars than any other dealership that we went to. He checked back with us to see if everything was OK and if he could do anything more for us. The Performance Honda Bountiful has a extremely great service department and I want to mention Tyler Vance who has helped me every time I have brought in my car to the dealership. They have been fair, quick and very thorough and knowledgeable. This is a great place to buy a car and I hope they keep great people like Allan and Tyler around. I hope to be back to buy another Honda again!
