Performance did exactly what I asked. They discounted the labor since I had a lot of work done. They also offered a freebie for my next visit. I had been driving farther to another Volvo dealer, but will stick with Performance now!

Ken was a really cool, nice guy and he was very informing but not intrusive. he allowed me and my dad to test drive the car around the area without him. he let us talk and figure out what we thought the best end game result would be. would definitely recommend going to him.

Great experience! Recently my husband and I were in the market for an XC90 Hybrid. We went to the dealership where we purchased our previous Volvos but they didn't have what we wanted in stock. We decided to go a little out of our way to Sinking Spring where we found exactly what we had in mind. We worked with Ken who made the entire transaction very, very easy. While we were deciding, Ken was helpful, but not intrusive. He gave us enough space to privately talk, yet remained available to answer any questions we might have. Determining the value of our was straightforward and fair. Ken was extremely good at explaining the new features of the vehicle. He presented information clearly at a comfortable pace. He waited for questions and didn't rush. We felt we had a very good handle on most aspects of the car by the time we drove it home. Ken is personable and relates well to his customers and we will certainly return to Performance Toyota when we replace our second car.

Dustin was great! Not too pushy, honest, and straight to the point. Buying a car is never enjoyable, but this was not excruciating. Overall, I’d recommend.

Service department is excellent in all aspects. Thorough, reasonably priced. Even includes a no charge car wash...very nicely done. Always on time. No need to shop around for service.
