I had a good experience purchasing my car, mainly thanks to the salesperson, who was kind, professional, and willing to help me throughout the process. I especially appreciated his treatment and willingness to assist. That said, my overall experience with the dealership was fairly neutral. I cannot say that I received poor service, but I also did not feel there was a genuine interest in understanding my needs or in making sure the deal was truly in my best interest as a customer. In the end, I decided to purchase the vehicle primarily because the car itself, its condition, and what I was looking for made the purchase worthwhile for me, rather than because of the experience or service I received at the dealership. I am grateful to Dustin for his treatment and wish him all the best. However, I believe there is an important opportunity for the dealership to improve the customer experience, particularly when it comes to listening to customers’ concerns and demonstrating that their interests are also a priority.
