We are very happy with the purchase of our 2022 Volvo XC60 at Performance Volvo. We worked with Dustin Wise and he was awesome. He was no pressure, straightforward and knowledgeable. He made the buying process enjoyable. He gained our trust, which can be rare when buying a car. He was proactive in finding us the color combo that we wanted. That is no easy feat because the industry has a limited amount of cars right now and finding the exact color can be difficult. You might have to wait a few months to get a specific color combo, but the dealership was able to make a trade with another dealership in order to secure the vehicle we wanted. This all happened over a few days. Excellent customer service. If you are interested purchasing a Volvo, we highly recommend you stop into Performance Volvo and ask for Dustin Wise. You will not be disappointed.

I own a 2017 XC90. I have no problem with the dealer, Performance Volvo. Jovi is great at his service job. The salesman I ordered the car from was knowledgeable. The mechanic's work is top notch too. The dealership has gone over and above to help me. I have owned at least one Volvo at a time for over 50 years. My problem is with Volvo (the company) itself. I have had problems with the voice control, over and over and the displays. The FOBs not working. My radio hasn't accepted voice controls since the first year or two or three. I have had button problems with the buttons on steering wheel to change the radio not working. Hopefully that will be fixed when parts arrive. All problems seem to be computer related at some point. have no problems when using the USB port and changing songs by the buttons. Go figure. Also, my car decided it wanted to lower phone ringer volume and call volume on the phone. Recently, I couldn't hear it ring or the person speaking unless I turned the radio control all the way up and it was still hard to hear. As soon as you get a download, there seems to be another problem caused by it. Volvo is a big company, sells lots of cars; let's get this computer stuff fixed. I expected more from you.

The Team at Performance Volvo is always willing to help 1., make the buying process pretty easy, and 2., make sure you are satisfied with your new Volvo. This is our second purchase in 2 years at Performance and we wouldn't work with any other Volvo dealer, even though there are at least three of them closer to us. From the onset, we felt their up-front sales and buying process and their friendly, non-pushy, attitude was a breath of fresh air. My 2021 S60 was a special order. Everyone from the manager, to financing, and my salesperson Dusty went above and beyond and provided great information during the process and at the time of delivery. I'd recommend, and have already, both the Volvo X60 SUV or an S60 Sedan as great vehicles to own and Performance Volvo in Sinking Spring, PA the only one to handle your new car purchase.
