Very good service and repair but expensive.

Very good service and repair but expensive. Employees excellent but Mercedes dealers should not recommend totally unnecessary service like change differential oil

Repairs were done on our MB.

Repairs were done on our MB. We have only had the car a few hours. It drives just as good as it did before service was done.

Made the purchase online.

Made the purchase online. Car was not ready at delivery. Salesperson was not friendly, did not know features of the vehicle. In spite of having a week to get everything ready, it took 3 hours of sitting around at the dealer to finally receive my car. Oh, and no spare key available. I was told I would have to sit around for at least another 1/2 hr to get one made. I left frustrated and disrespected.

BJ is extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Absolutely no pressure at any point in the process. Jerry Bush is the manager and he?s a great guy too! Highly recommend both BJ and MB Clear Lake.
