Never disappointed...

One of the best dealerships in GA. From the ownship to the management, finance department, and dales team. I have always gotten A1 service. For me communication is huge and I have never not been able to reach the staff and have my questions throughly answered.Great group to work with and I will continue to take my business to them as well. I am beyond satisfied.

Buyer beware

Normally not one to complain too much or even write a review good or bad, but in this case I will. Purchased three vehicles from this place and each had serious issues that didn’t present themselves until afterwards. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place at all. How they sport the Best Of Forsyth logo is truly beyond me. And, if they say they are gonna put a battery in a car you are looking at, make sure it’s the RIGHT battery for the make and model and not the $89 bottom of the barrel xxx just to get you out the door. So far my latest purchase has left me stranded, had the front fascia fall off and has a trunk that will fill with water on heavy rain days and a front headlight that also fills with water somehow. That’s all so far, but xxxx, it’s only been 4 months or so. The folks seem friendly enough alright, but they have serious issues when it comes to how they treat customers and at this point I feel like the biggest idiot on the planet, I kept coming back for more punishment.

Not amazing to me people say they are amazing. No

Well I have had problems ever cents the next day after I pull this car off the lot then I go try to get a tag and they never did get admissions done on it like I never got the check engine light off they do something to get it off when was Ben barely a month since I’ve had the car and I try to tell them that something was going on either with the transmission or the Cadillac converter. Well I’ve had Beverley then I’m not now it is broke down with a Cadillac converter that I can afford to get fixed right now, so I’m xxxx out of a car have no way I’m going back-and-forth to work. Don’t know what the xxxx I’m going to do and all they can tell you is that it I bought it as it is well I don’t care it shouldn’t happen the day I pulled out the parking lot but this piece of xxxx I would never recommend them because I don’t give a crap I guess I’m just somebody they don’t like because it seems like they did not do this to anybody else I really don’t know what to do but it doesn’t matter to them. It’s not like I went through a lot and then they sell me a women when I tried to tell them something was going on with them and now it’s broke down with a Cadillac converter that I can’t fix.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Over $1000 in repairs before my first payment is due and of course no response from them on there so called inspection

Amazing Car Buying Experience

Alert: THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! This dealership is truly here for the people! Amazing customer service. Lisa is an amazing lady! Paul is awesome! I was reluctant to come here at first... you know, you just get tired of getting rejected at the big dealerships. I really needed a second chance to rebuild my credit without the hidden fees and all the “extra things” that come with the traditional buying process. COVID has devastated many lives along with many people finances and credit. Friendly Auto Gallery is serious about helping families obtain transportation and overall, they place a serious value on transparency and customer service. Don’t hesitate, come see them ASAP!

Lisa Shores was so helpful. I was looking for a Wrangler and I found one but it sold before I could get it. She and the group at Friendly found another one, even better than the first and made the purchase process super easy. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much!

Awesome Car Buying Experience

My loan was recently sold to Friendly Auto Gallery from a prior dealership. It was the best thing that could have happened. Not only were they amazing during the transition, they continued to be afterwards. I went in today to see about purchasing a newer vehicle and I can honestly say it was the most positive car-buying experience, hands down. I would like to thank Robert and Paul for their help and have to also give a shout out to April, in Finance. She has been a pleasure to work with. In fact, they all have. They all put the "friendly" in Friendly Auto Gallery and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
