I have bought over 20 cars in my years and at best the experience was "ok". We called friendly auto gallery and talked to Natalie about a car we saw online and the entire conversation was answering the questions that my wife and I had, not once feeling she was pushing for a sale. We missed out on several vehicles that were listed for sale but Natalie would follow up with cars that were similar to what we were looking for. We finally made our way to the dealership and all I can say is wow. We have always bought from larger dealers so we didn't expect the quality of vehicles, the staff is so upbeat, and the process was painless. Natalie and her staff are truly the best at what they do. I have never had such a great experience.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR
Garren is amazing. He is low pressure, knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest.... yes a car salesman that is honest. The credit process is fast and very simple and I was approved even with bad credit. Hands down the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I will be referring everyone I know to Friendly Auto Gallery.

Not Satisfied customer wish i could see the car he
I just recently seen a dodge challenger on cars.com from this dealer and its been about 2 weeks now still no picture. I called the dealer and told him I was interested when I first seen the add because I'm loking for a car for my teenage sons to share. this was on a Friday and he told me pictures would be on the web by tuesday that the car was in detail shop, i said Ok . the following Saturday after the tuesday I drove to cummings from Ellijay ga to look at the car and it wasnt on the lot. I ask if he still had the car and he told me it was in the detail shop and it would definetly be there on Monday or Tuesday of this week which is weeek of 8-11-14. I looked yesterday 8-14-14 still no p[ictures of the car on the web so I called the dealer and he said its in detail shop and if you want to come by this evening which is thursday 8-14-14 it should be on the lot. I live in Ellijay which is about 50 miles away so I'm not drivng over there not knowing if the car is there or not. I ask the guy if the car had been wrecked and he said no just getting detailed. i'm sorry, but it dont take 2 weeks to detail a car. I'm looking on his web page today still no pictures of the challenger on line for me to look at. So i'm kinda disappointed. I cant drive 50 miles to see something that might or might not be there when I get there. I just wish he would post pictures of the car if he truly has one so I could look at it online before I drive 50 miles it not be what I'm looking for.

Steven, I would like to apologize for the miss understanding on the way we at Friendly Auto Gallery handles new inventory. We take great pride in our vehicles. The first step we send the vehicle out to have a mechanical service completed. The second step the vehicle is sent to detail. I was looking for a first vehicle for my teenage daughter. I saw a vehicle on line at Friendly Auto Gallery. The sales team was more than helpful to me. My daughter had me convinced to purchase her a Mustang. The gentleman Garren that was helping me with a purchase took me to the side and explained about auto insurance and her age. He himself is a parent and had more vehicle knowledge to tell me this was a mistake. He ended up selling me Honda Civic which is more practical. For his honesty I will never purchase elsewhere again.

I contacted the dealer. Got an immediate response. Arranged to see and drive the car, a 2004 Buick LeSabre with low miles, and in excellent condition. I ended up buying the car. I'm very pleased.
