I meet Pam at Hertz - Atlantic Blvd and she is awesome! What impressed me the most about her, was her patience and understanding of what I'm looking for. She did not push me to buy..I test drived all the vehicles I was curious about before making my decision. She was not bothered or mad because I was not ready to make my decision right away! I ended up buying a Honda Civic with a really great price!

After having a terrible time with other dealerships where they either didn't listen to what I wanted, took up an absurd amount of time, or were rude, Hertz was a dream come true. Even though Pamela was busy, she didn't make us seem rushed, was pleasant the whole time, knowledgeable about the inventory, and very personable. I was able to get in the cars I wanted, no problem. When it came to decision time, they did not rush me or push me toward one car or another. They let me make my own decision. Once I decided, the paperwork was fast and easy. Being a licensed DMV, they are full service and truly there for the customers. When we had an issue with the insurance, they helped us straighten it out. This is the first time we visited Hertz Car Sales and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Onell, was very courteous, professional, and very easy to deal with. They have great late model cars with great prices. We loved the no haggling sales. The price they advertise is the price you pay, but the prices are very reasonable and in most cases below Blue Book value. We would highly recommend Hertz and Onell to anyone looking for a quality, well maintained used vehicle. We will be telling all our friends who may be interested in buying a vehicle to check out Hertz and when we get ready to purchase another vehicle this will be our go place. I never expected to buy a car from a rental car company. When I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable. Pamela was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles I was interested in. She was very friendly and assisted me from start to finish.

Hertz is very different from any other car dealership you will shop at. The employees do not jump on top of you as soon as you get out of your car and they do not push you to make a decision immediately. Corey helped me with my finance paperwork and he made the loads of paperwork understandable and seem very minimal. Could not have had a better first car buying experience!

Hertz made car buying so easy! After visiting several dealerships, I was ready to hang it up all together. My brother and I decided to visit one last place on our list: Hertz. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the salesman Troy Bishop. He was very honest ,unlike the other salesmen I'd met today at other traditional dealers. I told him that I was already approved for a loan by Navy Federal Credit Union and I had a budget. Troy assured me that we would be able to find a car that I would like within my price change and within my pre-approved loan. After I decided on a car we noticed that the back up camera wasn't working properly. Troy checked the fuse and fixed it before I left. I ran into an issue with withdrawing money from my out of state credit union and Corey Menard (Business Manager) and Robert Lease ( Location Manager) went over and beyond and was able to change the total of the car to fit my down payment and loan.if you're looking for a great car without the shady business of a traditional car dealership contact these guys. This place went above and beyond in every area. The worked out the best deal, kept our payments where we wanted them and when something went wrong they fixed it beyond our expectations. Pamela was so patient and Cory really hustled to make the process go as quickly as possible. Robert work those numbers like nobody's business and made sure we had the best deal. Before we even signed the papers i was already telling people about this place. We will need another car in a couple of years and we will definitely start there!
