Great service paperwork required not so good. Sales force very friendly and helpful.

I went to Hertz in a state of emergency. My car had literally exploded the week before, two months before I had planned to buy one and I was fighting a uphill battle with several banks on getting a loan approved since I was a first time buyer and I wanted a specific per month cost. Not only were these the nicest of all possible cars in my price range, Troy was super helpful in getting me the price I wanted. I love my car. I can not recommend this place enough!

I came here a total of 2 days. Troy was the representative who showed me all the cars I asked to test drive and a few he also recommended. I originally would have taken home a Hyundai Elantra but after testing this 1 and the Chevy Cruze which he recommended I got the Cruze as my first car. The process was very smooth and the very experienced staff went through all the paperwork with me in about 10-15 minutes which is incredibly fast. I was in and out on the 2nd day with enough time to make it to work!

This was hands down the best buying experience I've had with a car dealer in years. I searched online and knew the vehicle I wanted to get and I phoned in the dealer and spoke with Troy Bishop. After making an appointment as I was coming down from SE Georgia to the lot and had financing pre-approved with a lender, my experience with the whole buying was simple and effortless for me and the family. The finalizing of the purchase was excellent and my next vehicle I will look at Hertz again.

My wife and I bought a car from Hertz about six months ago. We had a good idea about what we wanted going in, and were pleased at how straight forward the process was. Pam was our sales person, and she was extremely accommodating, assisting us through several visits and test drives. She allowed us to make our decision completely autonomously. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted.

Pam Hoffman greeted us with a smile one Sunday afternoon and was immediately so helpful. The Hertz facility on Atlantic Blvd. was just closing but she took the time to get us the brochure on the Rent to Buy program and pointed out some cars we may be interested in. We went back to look at a couple of cars and ultimately purchased one this week. I am very happy with the entire experience and have been recommending Hertz Car Sales to friends and co-workers. No pressure to buy. No upgrades or "upselling." What you see is what you get - both product and price. Love the QR codes on cars for pricing - didn't have to ask a "shark" how much a car cost. Will definitely return in the future and will recommend to others.
