Bought a car two weeks ago.

Bought a car two weeks ago. Been in shop for 10 days , car is a piece of xxxx . Never again would I buy not Buy a car from these people,they should b ashamed of themselves.

They took care of my We Owe When i asked even though its was 4 months ago.... They went out of there way to help me... The best dealer in Illinois!!!

No nonsense dealership.

No nonsense dealership. I seldom buy from dealers for obvious reasons. I found the car listed on the internet and was in Chicago from Atlanta on business. I called to set an appointment while on the way to the airport advising I wouldn’t have much time. They had the car ready and out front for review and test drive. We worked out a verbal agreement within 15 minutes and made my flight home. Robert W. Followed through on our agreement for price and all related points of the deal with great communication and simple transaction and paperwork. Great experience, from the first contact to delivery and follow up to ensure delivery was as expected. It’s rare to find people who don’t try to jerk you around and pass you around to the 10 people at the dealership to burn your time and annoy you. These guys get it and don’t play around. I highly recommend Robert W and this dealership.

I can’t speak highly enough about Robert and the

I can’t speak highly enough about Robert and the experience I had at Chicago Auto Place. Robert was amazing! He was supportive, knowledgeable and and personable. He and the entire crew were not pushy at all and were very reasonable. The entire process was efficient and you can tell customer service is the priority!

I drove 90 miles to test drive a car and they didn’t even

I drove 90 miles to test drive a car and they didn’t even check the car over. It had no coolant and overheating. No apology or alternative arrangement.

What an exceptional experience!

What an exceptional experience! I have purchased many cars and this has to be one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Robert was extremely professional, honest, and bent over backwards to make my purchase successful. The car had pin stripes which I mentioned I didn’t like after purchasing the car and he had the staff take them off at no charge. I have never purchased a car over the internet without seeing it and Robert provided numerous videos and answered all my questions. The car was shipped half way across the country and arrived perfect. Thank you Robert and team. I would certainly do this again with them and recommend them to anyone!

Hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying

Hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience! Robert made the process so much easier than sitting in a car dealership all day. We had our dream car shipped from his dealership and could not be happier!

Very disturbing.

Very disturbing. Spoke with a woman who was really nice to start. Went there in person and met with her at first to see a jeep summit. Out of no where a gentleman asked if we wanted to see it out side or in. We took it for a test drive and when we got back the man never introduced him self no idea his name or get a business card. He was very unprofessional and really needs sales training or he needs a new career. I did not tell him my years in the industry and was telling us lie after a lie and we just walked out. Sad because we really liked the vehicle and would have bought if it was not for this terrible sales person. We will buy else where.
