    I purchased my car via the internet and phone conversations without actually seeing it in person prior to purchase. The car was just as described. No problem... with the actual car, the problem came when I was promised by my salesman on a a phone conversation and an actual email sent to me, and by the manager, that there were two keys for the car. When the car was delivered, there was only one key! After several phone calls and emails to both my salesman and the manager, and after several promises from both, it is now two years later and still no second key. I have purchased several high end cars in my life and was never treated so shabbily. I would never purchase another car from them...EVER!

    The process felt super rushed and very old school with a lot of haggling. Most upsetting was after all the paperwork was signed, I noticed the radio was... broke and the owners feedback was good thing youre covered under a warranty another dealership can take care of that for you. And then had nothing to do with me.

    I responded to an add on cars.com called and spoke with Joanna, very helpful with professional attitude and friendly helpful staff, paid for the car in... full after giving me full discerption arrived from VA delivered the car to me without the second key and removed the start button and promised to mail it in with the title after constant daily calling without an answer to my phone calls by Joanna or administrative or management staff and if there was an answer they wore very rude it took 1.5 month to receive the title without the second key or the start button within a month later I ended up with Mercedse I paid for 35K with a knock in the engine untrusted dealer unprofessional staff

    My experience here was beyond my expectations for a car dealership. Robert Weinberg was the sales associate I worked with and he made sure that all my... questions were answered and anything that I was concerned about, he made sure that it was taken care of. He has raised the bar on what I expect from a sales associate in the future. He treated me with respect and dignity and made sure I left with a smile on my face. I was never hassled or given the run around. Robert is a credit to the dealership and from a personal standpoint, earned all my respect. He made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and even explained certain laws that were to my benefit that I didn't know about. I appreciate the honesty, the integrity and the respect! I'll definitely be looking at this dealership for any future purchases and hopefully Robert will still be there!

    Don't buy here unless you bring your own mechanic to check out vehicle. I incurred a number of repairs once got car back to work noticed problems took... to shop they told me it never should have been driven. Called dealership they just continue to tell me they will call back, never due 7000 dollars later only 900 miles after purchase

    I saw a subaru outback on autotrader that I loved and went to see it at Chicago Auto Place. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. We were shown... the vehicle by Rob and he was very knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and easy! They put new tires on my car for safety and addressed any issues I had. Overall, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. This is my third subaru outback purchase and by far the best! Thank you Rob and Chicago Auto Place!

    Purchased a vehicle on July 13 and still no plate/title transfer/registration. I have to keep calling every few days for updates and those conversations... get me nowhere. They say it's out of their hands. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Within 3 weeks had to put $1348 into the car for front axle repairs.
