waste of time

I spoke with a salesman on the phone after inquiring about a bmw online. I setup an appointment a week later to look at the car. The original salesman I spoke with was out so a different one helped me. The staff seems to be polite. I was then brought to see the car. It was in torn apart. He told me that there were several issues with the car. Then he asked me if I was ok with that lol. I left immediately. I appreciate the honesty that the car was a xxx. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Thanks

Awsome staff here, everyone helped out.

Had a Great experience here, purchased an almost fully loaded E-350 from 2012, with 80,000 miles on it. My sales person was Luis Ortega. By the end of my visit I felt very welcomed and almost their entire staff went out of their way to help me out in making the sale. For a used car with that many miles they included an extra 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on the car, which I didn't expect to get a warranty on. At an extra cost of course but, being a european car the price for the peace of mind was well worth it. Happy to know I'm covered in the event of anything mechanical happening to the car after purchase. Tires, brake pads and as far as I could tell the rotors where all brand new OEM. The new tires on the car are Goodyear as well. I have pretty bad credit but they were more then willing to help me out. My APR is high but expected no less as this is great way for me to help restore my credit. If I purchase another Used vehicle after this one, it will probably be from them. Me and my friend who was there with me where also fed dinner once the deal was done, so that was a plus. If your a serious buyer, they are serious sellers.

Pleasant sales person, but not a trustworthy business

I bought a low mileage (for the year Mazda 6 Wagon flying in fro PA to make pick up the car. I was not told that the headliner was sagging badly ($250 to repair), and the heated drivers seat didn't work ($350 repair). There was damage to the door that was described as "door dings" that was much worse (in fairness it was tough to photograph). 200 miles into my trip home the "check engine light" (CEL) came on. Both catalytic converters are bad ($1000). Clearing the code gets 50-200 miles of driving before it returns, so I strongly suspect the dealer knew about the issue. When I went to install my snow tires I found one of the from lugs was completely cross threaded. i had to use a beaker bar to get the lug not off and pull the hub to replace the ruined stud. the lazy mechanic spun the lugs in with an impact wrench rather than hand starting them like a good mechanic. I was told it had new brakes. Fronts were, rears have frozen slider bolts....not new brakes. When I contacted my sales person i was told the manager would give me a call. It's been a week and no call so I doubt I will hear from them again. It's disappointing, but not surprising since I'm 400+ miles away. I've purchased five cars long distance and have gotten some great cars and met some really honest people. I found neither at this dealership. I did not expect a new car, but paid at the top of the KBB listed value (excellent condition) so I did not expect to have all these issues. If you choose to do business here take the car you are looking at to a good mechanic and if ypu have a BS detector bring it along.

Great Experience

Found the car I wanted, price and miles were both the lowest within 500 miles. Arrived with cashiers check and was on my way back home after maybe an hour. They have some VERY nice vehicles.

Very good condition!!!

Excellent service

I will be of few words, thanks to Edgar, Spanish speaking employee today I have the car I wanted. Very friendly, very sure of himself and helped me to come out with a good payment and the car with no problem. Truly pleased with them and Edgar for their commitment to me. stupid

Place is a joke called and put money down on a car, they never ran my retainer payment and was traveling over 500 miles to get it called back to let them know would be there in a few days to find out my payment was not ran and the car was sold. Great practice
