Outstanding service. Advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in detail my issue and how if was going to be resolved.

My service service advisor was extremely rude , refused

My service service advisor was extremely rude , refused to expect my debit card and yelled at me . I spoke to his supervisor which apologized and was aware of the service advisor

There was no communication throughout the whole process

There was no communication throughout the whole process until I emailed the general manager and the service manager. And still the service contact didn?t return my call. Try to use Kia of Round Rock as an example they are great.

Literally no communication until I emailed the general manager and service manager. No returned calls, empty promises to get in touch. They should look to Kia of round rock for advice on how to run a service department. I will never use them again.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service department. My experience was fantastic and I was pleased to get my cars issue resolved within an hour of arrival! Manuel was awesome!!

I showed the representative my coupons and he agreed but

I showed the representative my coupons and he agreed but when I checked out I was told that I could only use one per transaction. Even after I explained the two coupons to the representative his response was sorry that?s just the way it is. Who does that? Kia South Austin!
