We had been looking for a car for my grandson who is going off to college this fall. We did some looking around and found this one at Downtown Automotive Group. We talked to Mike who worked with us throughout the whole process. Financing was easy since we went through our own bank. The car was nice and looked and drove like they described it in the ad. The programmed a key fob for us which was nice. The whole process took us about a week or so but it was worth it.

Called about a vehicle after finding it on the internet. Had a bit of trouble with call back at first but I guess it was a busy week. Stopped in today to check on a car and bought it that same day and drove off the lot. Sales was nice and answered all questions.

I bought a Dodge Charger from these guys....gave me a great deal and a great car. Mike in the used cars sales is highly professional, courteous and efficient. Delivered what he promised on time!! I didn't have a single problem all the way. Glad he let me know of recent maintenance on the car including a new alternator....Keep it up guys!!!

Everyone I met at the dealership aimed to please the customer. Wasn't able to trade my car in but he salesman I dealt with, Mike, was especially helpful and conscientious in his work. Usually they do trade -ins but my own 92 Volvo was too worn for any significant value.

Just moved from Cali and my car died on me. I found the Lincoln LS on the site. I called and spoke to an assistant who was really helpful in giving me the information about the car I needed to know. He connected me to the manager and I had them write up the purchase agreement and they sent it to me immediately. Came in and inspected the car and test drove it. Everything was as described. Paid for the car the same day. Easy and straight to the point throughout the whole deal. Now I'm a happy camper!

I came in looking to buy a new or used car. I found Downtown Automotive on Cars.com. I liked a lot of the cars they had to sell and wanted to know more about their financing. I had some issues with my credit so I wasn't sure if I was going to get financed. Turns out I got approved, but I didn't want to take the loan at the rate they offered, so I didn't buy anything. Even so, the customer service and process was stellar and should my personal situation change, I would for sure visit them again.
