My wife and I purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan a few weeks ago to replace a 08 Town and Country that w/ 156K miles. We've been on two trips to Chicago since then. On last trip van got an overall 26.9 mpg! Love the larger engine, stow & go seating, and ride quality. The dealership was great to deal with and even offered to detail the vehicle when we next needed it. So far, so good. I would recommend and purchase again!

Just bought the Signature series TownCar. An absolute dream - inside and out. Although the gas prices have gone through the roof, I am pleased to see that I am getting 20 miles per gallon - mostly city driving. Very comfortable; great features and great all around visibility. Good service from the manager and good car.

Came in to see about a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am with over 100xxx miles. This car is good. The only thing that I was concerned about was whether or not the A/C works and that the car was reliable because I cut grass for work (I'm 18). My mom came with me and we test drove the car. It had good pick up and a smooth ride to it. The volume knob on the radio was a bit off but it still worked fine. We came back the next day and bought the car. I was happy. The people there were cool too. One of the back lights was out and they replaced it and fixed the volume knob when we came to get the car. Really appreciated it.

Came in to look at BMW 530i. Spoke to the manager and the buying process was quick. Paperwork was quick since we didn't finance, even though there was that option. The car was clean and exactly how they described it in the listing. Good people over there at Downtown automotive.

I called about a vehicle I found online for a 2006 Cadillac DTS. When I called, I ended up speaking to the owner and he answered the call right away and was very helpful. Within a week, I came in to look at the vehicle and he took me out on a test drive. I loved the car! It was clean and it drove wonderfully! It was exactly like the ad described it and the rep was very helpful with all of my other questions about the car, financing, and warranties. The buying process was quick and everyone was really kind and respectful. It seemed like they cared more about making sure I was satisfied than making the sell!! All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family!
