After finding the car on-line I called and Jenny seemed

After finding the car on-line I called and Jenny seemed friendly with a desire to address my needs. I told her I planned on traveling from my home (approximately 60 miles from the dealership the following day. Before leaving I called to make sure the car had not been sold and was available. Upon arrival I learned the truck had been loaned to another prospective buyer to have his mechanic inspect it. Jenny nor any associate seemed to know when it was located and when it would be returned. The salesman offered to work up an estimate on my trade which went well. Following another long wait he suggested I leave and finish the rest of my trips business (visit to my sister unplanned) and he would call to notify me to return. I waited 2 1/2 hours and then simply called to notify them I was tired of waiting and was going home. No apology was offered who ever answered the phone he would make a note that I was not returning. The next day I found test gear had been left in my truck. I called Jenny to let her know what I found. She said she would let the salesman know and he would get back to me. No one did and I still have the tester. I can't imagine how a business can succeed with such shabby coordination and poor communication. If what happened was legitimate to cause a customer to travel 120 miles knowing the truck was not available leaves one to believe that this was a sham and they thought they could convince me to buy what was available. In addition the lot and inventory was so poorly displayed that finding a parking spot was nearly impossible. I ended up double parking in the show lot. Shame on you all. Finally I went to FB market place and found a similar truck at a much lower cost. Indirectly you did me a favor.

BAD BREAKS FOR ME

Great people, and understood about “as is” yet when you have a car that has to have ALL the breaks replaced, the 2nd week you drive it, and you find this out when they fail on I95? Mechanic said all they had to do was take off the tires and look. Sorry folks, I can’t leave a good report, and y’all were nice people. Have a mechanic check the vehicle before you sign.

UNPROFESSIONAL

It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive my clear title for the car I bought and paid cash for No one will return my emails any longer and a person named VIvian who I was told to speak with never returns my call and cannot be reached by phone because her voice mailbox is always full I am addressing the issue right now with the MDV I have asked for my monies back and have heard nothing I will report them if I find out the title is not clear. They are sketchy in my opinion and I am very sorry I ever dealt with them

Amazing prices and friendly environment, I was greeted by the owner himself and my salesman Jeremy was great, he knew the inventory like the back of his hand and the process was quick, painless and easy thanks to the GM Vivian

Awesome place and people! Highly recommend!

Really cool inventory and great staff! Have dealt with Raul and Napoleon multiple times. Great guys and no hassle sales. Bruce, the owner, is a real stand-up guy too! They all made the car buying process seamless. Nice to not be treated like just another buyer like most places.

Easy and painless transaction

This was by far the easiest and most painless car buying experience I have ever encountered. Napolion and Bruce offered top notch service and went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. Will recommend to friends and family

Ripped off

I bought a car and took it to the dealership and they said it didn’t have headlights and was an unsafe vehicle. I tried calling the dealership several times and was given the runaround and the owner never called me back. Buyers beware they should’ve known the car had no headlights when they sold it to me. If you buy as is get an inspection before purchasing. Buyers beware.

Unethical dealer

Sold me a car with a blown owner. Bruce the owner agreed to cover the labor on the motor swap and I was willing buy a motor. Bruce then did not return over 15 calls and emails. This dealership is unethical. -Tom Lydon with the white Audi Q5-
