Buying my 1st car was an awesome experience!

I found the car that I was wanting on Jax Export website. It's a 2011 Hyundai Genesis coupe. I called the dealership for a week and talked to Jeremy and Jason. My last call was on a Friday afternoon when I was told the car was sold. I was so upset but found another one so we drove to check out. My grandmother went with me and once we pulled into the lot there was my dream car, it was still there! I was so excited! We went for a test drive and that's all I needed to do, I wanted this car! Actually, I knew it was gonna be mine when I pressed the start button and the motor roared. Not to mention all the custom fixtures that was a huge bonus. We brought my pre-approval letter from VyStar and I was able to buy my own car with my own loan at 19! This was the best experience I could have ever had! From Jeremy meeting me on the lot and talking with us, then Jason helping me with signing all the paperwork and the finance manager making sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE

My 21 year old made an out of state vehicle purchase in July 2022. We were happy with the initial purchase and salesperson. However; it has been a hassle to get her tag and registration. After repeated calls, text, office person always out of office, I felt like I was begging to get a tag that was paid for by the finance co., I was able to get a 2nd temp paper tag that I had to print. Almost on expiration #2 and still can not get a call or text about resolution. Just beware it may seem good in the beginning but you will invest lots of time on the phone trying to get your registration situated.

Horrible service and misrepresentation

The owner cares more about Google reviews than customers. After months of trying to reach the owner (Bruce Kesh) I gave it one final chance today and the GM Viviana Caicedo promised (yet again) that Bruce would call me between 7:30 and 8pm. It is now 8:30pm and no call. Vehicle – The vehicle was purchased 3/23/22 out of state and arrive 10ish days later. When it arrived, it was leaking oil and had a service light on. When I contacted JAX about this issue I was advised that there was no issues when they had the car and that the owner (Bruce Kesh) would contact me. After I called every day for nearly 3 weeks, Bruce finally answered, cursed at me and then apologized. He provided me with his cell phone number and he asked me to take the car to Audi to see if the factory warranty would cover the leaks and service light. It did not. I called Bruce every day for another 3 weeks before finally reaching him after repeatedly being screened by a service on his cell phone and told he “has just left and will call me later” by the General Manager Viviana. I provided him with an $800 quote which he stated was “too much” and asked that I take it to another shop in the area, which I did. This shop provided me with an Audi Service Bulletin for the specific leak and quoted me $8,000 to fix. After nearly 2 weeks of additional attempts to reach Bruce we finally spoke again, at which time he told me to take the car back to Audi as the $800 repair was now preferable. Audi has had the car several times since then and they have attempted to contact Bruce with no response as well. They have further diagnosed the vehicle and found the true cause of the leaks which will cost $3,782 to repair. Bruce has yet to respond to a single call or text since early June and this is being written on 8/31/22. Title work and an incompetent GM – While all of this was going on, Viviana was unable to get me the title for this vehicle and blamed the title company that she uses. Eventually when I was on my 3rd and final “temporary tag” she pulled the paperwork and sent it to a second company. Shortly after, according to Viviana, this company was unable to get it done either. I provided her with a local company in Maryland to use instead which I have done business through for over 10 years. She was hostile, rude, and overall incompetent the entire time. Based on their experience in dealing with her, this company has asked that I no longer send them any more business. When I contacted the companies in Florida that had failed to get the title work done, they each advised that they had been waiting on her for documentation that was never sent and ultimately, she was the cause of the delays. It took 98 days to get me the title only after I had to fax all of the documentation on her behalf because her faxes “would not go through”. In addition, Viviana is a notary and stamps documents on behalf of the dealer and herself which caused problems with the title work as well. I was told that notaries are not authorized to stamp their own signatures or any paperwork that benefits them in any way. Notarizing a bill of sale that benefits the dealership and therefore you as the general manager is a violation of this rule. Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with any business or organization. It took 98 days to get me the title to a vehicle that arrived leaking oil and in need of service. Once they were tired of hearing from me, I could no longer call with my local MD number and had to use a google voice number with a Florida area code, in order to get a response. There were numerous times that I called with my number and got hung up on, only to call back with the Florida number and have someone answer immediately. If the owner responded to calls or emails with the same enthusiasm he does Google reviews, we probably would have reached some mutually agreeable solution months ago.

Beware this company will sell you a bogus vehicle.

Beware this company will sell you a bogus vehicle. Within 5 months of my purchase it was in the shop 6 times eventually having to replace the entire motor within 6 months. The owner promised to fix the issue so I left it with him for over a week I came back to pick it up and he said they haven't even looked at it yet they were waiting on me to buy parts lol, how am I supposed to buy parts if I don't know it's wrong with my car?. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place they are a bunch of liars and scammers

Take it to your mechanic before you buy!!!

I purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q60 for $33K. I was SO happy. Two days later on I95 on my way out of town everything changed. The car lost power. I guess I need to get to the point...I immediately contacted my salesman, Jeremy, who told me, "we will make things right." Well, almost $3K later and many texts to him (after he said the owner would call me) and I have heard nothing...except some noise coming from the front of the car when I turn right. I understand it is a used car, but come on...it wasn't a $5K or $10K vehicle and two days! I'm taking it to Infiniti tomorrow...Pray for me! I am SO disappointed with this company!!!

Worst car dealership in the world.

Purchased a Genesis coupe and within 5 months the entire motor needs to be replaced. Owner and Bruce told me to drop the car off he would have a mechanic look at it, It sat for one week without being touched and then his mechanics said oh it just needs a tune. 2 weeks after that my entire motor blew and melted. Not only that but the day I picked it up another car he was trying to sell to a couple was on fire and the parking lot. I have a lawyer getting involved with its whole situation and the BB.
