Service and communication VOID!
Service and communication VOID! This “DEALER” has turned ghosting customers into an art form. My Jeep has been held hostage in their service department for over a week and a half. No ETA. No updates. No one picks up the phone. No one calls back. It’s like shouting into a void—if the void also had terrible hold music. I had to go full corporate escalation just to get a missing part shipped, which—surprise!—was delivered and signed for last Friday. And still… crickets. Been calling since 8 AM today. Nothing. Not even a courtesy grunt. If you enjoy being ignored while your car gathers dust, this is your place. Otherwise, run.

Every time I go for service they forget to do something,
Every time I go for service they forget to do something, this time even though is not very important, but it's included in the package which I paid for they did not do the complementary outside car wash. Other than that every else was very good.The service technician Raidel was very efficient and helpful.

Update 02/25/25 Definitely the best service department! I keep coming back to Raidel. Personally I feel happy and safe when I hand my keys over to him. I know him and his guys will do their best work. I love that if I have any questions he will always get back to me. Oil change was quick and painless. And I will be more than happy to come back! Even maybe for a future purchase of a hybrid truck! lol

Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of BP, CA made, what should have been a simple, straightforward lease buyout an absolute nightmare. The incompetence & lack of accountability were staggering, & the entire process was marked by poor communication, repeated mistakes, & utter disregard for customer satisfaction. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, & I will certainly never return. This dealership deserves no stars.

I purchased a used Ram truck from Christian Torres.
I purchased a used Ram truck from Christian Torres. He was very helpful. He even drove the truck to my house due to my wife was out of town and couldn't help. When I told him I live in Corona (Del Far). It didn't phase him. When he arrived to my house which was an hour after I left. (Surprisedly the 91 had some traffic that day) He was still gracious. I noticed the next day that the truck didn't have a full tank of gas. I went back to him the next time I was near the dealership and he filled up the truck. I was very satisfied with his followup. I would recommend him highly to go purchase a vehicle from. I also want to commend Jeannette Daze the finance manager. She explained everything very well and made the purchasing process very easy. Mauricio Vidrio is an amazing, great service advisor, I took my Chrysler Aspen for service because it would not start. They ended up changing the fuel pump and it was fixed right away. Always excellent service . Thank you Mauricio, and Premier Chrysler dealer .
