The best experience. Luis was fantastic

Over the years I’ve bought a lot of cars…at least 15. My experience with Luis from Harr was by far the best. He was a real professional. Honest, straightforward, friendly and his follow up was impeccable. This is a great dealership. No gimmicks, no hidden costs. I give it my highest recommendation.

Great Service

Nick and Zack was great to work with. They are very nice and professional. Made my purchase fast and easy. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Recommend going in to see them if you are looking for a Jeep.

Great buying experience

Phoebe and Liz were wonderful to work with, although we had some delays with paperwork. They knew the product and their jobs! Harr had the best prices around, which is extremely tough now a days given the fixed pricing and instant ability to compare and shop. Excellent experience overall.

Service department with attitude

The sales team is great however I have had several disappointing issues with the service dept. David from service sent me to parts to get a warrantee part replaced, they sent me back to service and then he questioned me how the soft top broke. I shouldn’t have to explain, it was defective part and it put me on the defensive. It was extremely rude when all I was trying to do was get it fixed!

Brenton Loveless GOING ON 7 WEEKS WITHOUT A TRUCK,43000 MILES NEEDS TRANSMISSION,ITS A 2018 RAM 2500 WITH A TOWING & SNOW PLOW PACKAGE,I ONLY USE IT AS MY DAILY DRIVER.RAM CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT CARE,NO LONER CAR.THE DEALER TOOK 5 WEEKS TO FIGURE OUT IT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION.IT TOOK ME 5 MINUTES TO KNOW THE NOISE WAS IN THE CONVERTER.ITS SAD,NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS MADE.ALL THEY WAN'T IS YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT A HARD TIME.IN THE 7 WEEKS I HAVE GOT 3 PHONE CALLS,I MADE ABOUT 20 CALLS BETWEEN THE DEALER AND RAM,ALL I GET IS SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME.GOOGLE RAM TRUCK PROBLEMS BEFOR YOU BUY ONE.NOTHING BUT JUNK & THE PRICE OF THEM IN CRAZY.
