Just went through my first oil change made it Saturday first thing in the morning my advisor Brian Reese was fantastic and promised me that he would get me out of there within 45 minutes and he kept his promise. Love it.

Scheduled maintenance visit online. Super easy website to use that offered many available times to choose. Received reminder of appointment via text. Showed up at Service Center, door opened and I drove right in. Sam, my service agent, greeted me immediately. She let me know how long the service would take which was about an hour and 1/2. I opted to go home and come back later in the day. I received notification when the car was ready, as well as a video of my car explaining the service that had been performed. I arrived later in the day to pick up my car. Check out with Isaac was easy and I was quickly on my way home. Overall, great service and easy to use website. Thank you!
