I was recently scheduled for my regular oil change and my advisor was Alondra A. Oil change went great per usual, but was impressive was the video review of my car. This must have been added since my last visit and was awesome, the technician reviewed findings and my advisor, Alondra also gave a recap. It was determined I needed new tires and an alignment. I was looking to go elsewhere later in the week for tires, but Alondra was able to find a promotional offer that suited my budget, but also maximized the warranty/befit with choosing Hendrick. Due to a scheduling conflict, I could not get tires done that day but returned a few days later and received the same great service from her and she remembered our discussion/my concerns. She is a great advisor, providing updates throughout and assisting with ensuring the best service with competitive pricing. Please note I drive all the way from Ballantyne to this location for great communication and awesome service from people like Alondra.
