The staff was very friendly and helpful. We whent with the intention to buy. However, the patience and great service we received along with a good offer. We end up buying a vehicle. Definitely, five starts.

Jacob was easy to work with, assisting me in working out

Jacob was easy to work with, assisting me in working out most of our car deal prior to me having to come to the dealership. He made the process easy once we were there and worked with my needs in getting a deal made!

Was seen very quickly and the work was finished in no time. Service member kept in the loop the whole time. The service members are great to work with. We have had the KIA for over 2 years and have never had an issue.

I have nothing but high praises to give to the service

I have nothing but high praises to give to the service team at Hendrick Kia of Concord! Reece is my service advisor. He?s so personable, easy to talk to, and has a trustworthy persona to him. He?s knowledgeable and I appreciate how he communicates the service work and progress with me. He also always has good music playing at his desk. LOL On one particular visit, I appreciated how the Service manager, Isaac, came over to check in and discuss a needed service/repair item. It showed a deeper level of care that I never received at other local Kia service dealerships. On another visit, Samantha explained something in 2mins dealing with routine service typically performed for oil consumption tests that another dealership was beyond puzzled with and couldn?t articulate to me. Kiddos to the service technicians also at Hendrick Kia of Concord. They were able to diagnose in ONE visit what I had been dealing with for over 3 years with my vehicle at another local Kia (not Hendrick). I was amazed at the expertise of the service technicians and quality they provided. I?ve been to several Kia dealerships in the surrounding area and I can honestly state that no one compares. I really liked the video overview the technicians provided which is an added touch. This helps someone like me who?s not technical, but can go back and replay the video for any additional clarity alongside the service ticket/receipt. I?m lead to believe that the service team and technicians at Hendrick are held to a higher level of care and service. I have to believe this to be true about Hendrick bc I experienced the same at HendrickToyota of Concord when I previously owned a Camry. The level of service and care was unmatched to other local Toyota dealerships. I won?t trust any other dealership after going through the ordeal i?ve been dealing with for over 3 years. I drive 30mins out of the way for me to go to Hendrick Kia of Concord instead of the other 2 Kia dealerships within 15mins drive of me. It?s worth it. Trust matters. Quality matters. Service matters. Consistency matters. So thank you again Reece and the service team and technicians there at Hendrick Kia of Concord for consistently maintaining a high level of care and service that is unmatched. You are greatly appreciated!!
