Just had my 2013 Optima serviced at Hendrick KIA. Once again, I was completely pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. I especially appreciate Alondra Acosta for her help in guiding me through the process and explaining all my options so clearly.

Service is very good here at Hendricks. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and concerned if there are any issues you are having. If they find any issues, they come and advise you what the issue is and what the cost will be. The service is completed in a timely manner which is very good. Their facilities are very nice and are cleaned often. Another nice thing is you get a free car wash with your service.

Jacob edgerton was amazing 10/10. Help me and my wife with options and deals. Would highly recommend him. Will be coming back for next car.

Quick and easy with minimal waiting time. Price wasn?t bad either. I had a scheduled appointment and was seen on time. Waiting area was clean.
