My overall experience was amazing.

My overall experience was amazing. Staff were friendly and supportive however I purchased a used Tesla and I do not recommend anyone purchasing a used Tesla from and third party dealerships. The first day I was unable to charge my vehicle it was still connected to the previous owners email, I literally broke down and cried because I couldn’t get to work. The dealership helped me and after three days I was able to connect to the vehicle. Second thing, I heard this knocking noise and immediately went back to the dealer. He did a test drive and said he didn’t hear anything maybe I should take it to the Tesla dealership. Now if you are familiar with the Tesla vehicle then you know that you must schedule an appointment online. Three months into owning my vehicle the noise was actually the front half shaft. Total: 598.00 to replace! I utilize my vehicle for Buisness so I made ensure that I had a great warranty. However Hendrick auto guard did not tell me that Tesla does not work with other dealerships and warranties! So I had to pay out of pocket for a repair even though I’m making major payments! Any who do your research!!

my appointment was smooth and fast - my tech Chris was great!! very knowledgeable and helpful - I was there for an oil change but Chris asked me before doing any work beyond that - my carbon air filter was bad so he sent me a video showing the filter and asked about replacing it - I said yes of course -

I was met by Bryan.

I was met by Bryan. He made me feel like everything about my decision to come into Kia was the proper one. I came in for a simple oil change. I paid the same as I pay in any other place (if not less). I received an inspection video. The facility was immaculate. I had other questions about my car that were thoroughly addressed. I was made to feel like the whole experience mattered to Kia.

Several items were taken care iof during my visit. The oil change and repairs were completed within the time frame given and the parts were in stock so I didn't have to return. Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable.
