2013 CHEVY EQUINOX

I had been looking for an SUV for about 3 months. I finally found what I was looking for with the help of Tim Keck. It was a pleasant buying experience all the way around. Thanks Short-Redmond Ford for eveything you did!!

Lies to set an appointment

I was told on the phone by the internet department my trucks value was 15-17 K depending on condition. I drove 2 hours to hear 9K. My truck is rated higher then that on every site.

Great place to look for and purchase a vehicle

Excellent, very good experience! Free to look around, no pressure to buy or move toward a certain vehicle - my wife and I were looking for/at a specific 2016 Ford Escape in a specific color (Electric Spice Metallic) and Short-Redmond was the only dealership in the area, including Knoxville where we live, that had this particular car and color. Ultimately we ended up purchasing it and the pricing was where it needed to be for us. Had a great time!

Quick and easy

I hate buying a car, but they really made the process quick and easy. I inquired through email one day and bought a car the next. They replied quickly and helped me through the process. They have awesome prices on used cars btw.

Pre owned vehicles

When purchasing preowned vehicles from this dealer do your homework and even go the extra mile on checking out your possible purchase. We purchased a used BMW suv and had to return it 3 days later with a transmission problem. Because the "deal" had been completed we were told we could not just turn it in, we had to trade it in and ended up losing money, We then purchased a second suv and found problems about 2 weeks later. Thankfully that car was totaled during the winter snow. We went to another dealer after that and have been very satisfied.

A great dealership!

I work in the auto lending industry at a large national bank - I deal with dealerships on a daily basis.. Every time I go to a dealership for personal reasons, I tend to be guarded - I put up my defenses because I see what dealerships can do to people who are trying to purchase a vehicle. Yes, I do know more than an average customer, but there are still worries that any customer has.. However, from the very beginning of my experience with Short-Redmond Ford, I really has peace of mind. I got in contact with Joseph via email & we talked for a while about my situation and what I was trying to accomplish - but what was different, is that he listened, didn't pressure me to just "come on in and drive the car" kind of bit, that most dealerships tend to lure customers in with.. He actually listened, we made a plan, and didn't pressure me to make a rushed decision. We communicated for several hours, I got approved for my loan before I even left my house. When I pulled into the dealership, my new vehicle was sitting there waiting on me, freshly washed & ready to hit the road - that's when I was introduced to Eric Hopkins, my salesman. He's honest and fair - he knows what he is taking about & definitely went the extra mile to get our deal worked out quickly. From the build in warranty that came with my vehicle, to the friendly conversation that I had with the sales manager while we were going through the paperwork, I couldn't have been happier to purchase my vehicle from Short-Redmond Ford.. They've certainly gained a lifetime customer with our family, and I would recommend anyone I know to make the drive to their dealership, because I was treated with respect, honesty & friendship.. Something that is extremely rare in this industry anymore.

Good company

Good price good customer service would highly recommend them and would buy another vehicle from them stayed open late to close the deal still owe me a 1/4 tank of gas lol
