Stay away from this dealer!
My daughter bought a Kia Soul in 2017. It had less than 100,000 miles and just stopped running. She bought a service plan but the service department and dealer would not honor the plan and replace the engine even though they said that was what it needed. They kept her car from November until March. In March, she went and got the car on a trailer and traded it for a Nissan Rogue. Best move she ever made! Stay away from this dealer and service department! They are the worst! Customer service would get a 0 star!

Great sales man.
Great sales man....pleased with my vehicle. Just wish that the dealerships did not add that "covid tax or shortage tax" to make "extra profit" but all dealerships in the area are doing that. But in all fairness, everything is going up in price.....

I went in for a service yesterday for my 2021 Kia Forte
I went in for a service yesterday for my 2021 Kia Forte GT i bought new last year, well i seen a new 2023 Kia Sportage they just got in. Long story short i ended up trading. This makes my Second vehicle from them now. I loved the car so much i traded up. Awesome dealership to deal with.

Stay away from service department
The sales guy was grate he was very helpful and fast but where it went bad was the Service department they knew the car had a bad exhaust and done nothing about it they should’ve known that the car was bad out of line on the front end and done nothing about it it’s like they never even went over this car they just took it on the parking lot and sold it they treated me bad set up a service department appointment took off work showed up they just made me another appointment after waiting a couple hours
