The car was detailed right before we came to pick it up

The car was detailed right before we came to pick it up but was still dirty. Not to say it was bad, just looked like your basic normal joe type cleaning that lives on a chicken farm, not a detail. Hence the word detail because all the small things are supposed to be immaculate. I was lied to about the vehicle having a spare tire, in which I stressed to the salesman was an important thing for me. Both him and the dealership didn’t care nor try to make it right.

Since you are disappointed with the detail on your Used - 2024 KIA Sportage, please contact me and we will schedule a time for you to get another detail. Also, we offer free car washes to our Sales Customers. Drive in to our Service Department, at your convenience, to get your vehicle washed. I spoke with you 5-5-25 regarding your vehicle not having a spare tire. You and Micah (Salesman) discussed the spare tire was missing from this Used 2024 Sportage. It was a mutual agreement between you and Micah that you still wanted to purchase the vehicle after discussing the spare tire. You stated to me in our conversation, "I agreed to purchase the vehicle without the spare tire because I was tired and wanted to leave". I offered to get an estimate on a spare tire for you from our Parts Department or let you speak with Parts, and you refused. Chris was AWESOME!

Timothy was great.

Timothy was great. My only complaint would be , my mirror was broken. I got the car in March 26th. Was told “we are ordering a new mirror , if u would still like the car” .. I said yes I’ll take the car just call me when the mirror arrives. Here it is April 29th. I had to call about the mirror , and was told it is in we just haven’t picking it up yet. Will call you tomorrow. With how great they were on the purchasing part. I hate to complain, but I would have found a different car without body damage if I knew it would take so long to repair.
