Had a smooth, efficient process of making a trade for a new Telluride with Andy Peck. He was well-prepared to start the process on a Mon. morning after my phone call with him Sat. night before dealership closed. Andy was/ is a kind, patient, knowledgeable guy who won't pressure you or try to upsell a vehicle. He went above and beyond making me comfortable with the new car, and even made a walk-thru video of the car's many tech features that I could watch at home whenever I needed to. (I'm in the Boomer generation that has some trouble with all the "bells and whistles" in these new vehicles). He did all the settings for me like driver's seat, phone connection, radio, and Kia Connect. Encouraged me to call or come by with any more concerns or questions. Anyone thinking of buying a Kia, go to Crain Kia of Conway and ask for Andy Peck!! He will take great care of you!

Well I'm disappointed but will wait to see if they correct to make full judgment. I see alot of great reviews for this dealership and don't want to muddy there reputation. I found a preowned car that I liked and started talking with sales on this, it looked to fit my list of want. I went in met salesman in Person, filled out paperwork, looked at my trade in and we made the deal, I returned home to clean out my trade in and salesman went to the other lot to pick up vehicle only to find put it was sold out from under me. The salesman was great and I have no doubt he did his job right , it's there system that failed, the worst part was I passed on another car elsewhere to get this one and now I have neither. I told salesman I would wait a few days to look elsewhere hoping they can replace this car. Again salesman was great

Great salesman
I called Crain Kia at 6 at about purchasing a vehicle that was 200 miles away. They had it delivered to them and we closed on it by 6 pm the next day. An excellent place to buy a vehicle sales and finance are extremely professional people thanks for the best experience of buying a vehicle

Avoid this place at all cost
My 2020 Kia soul had an engine recall. After it broke down and waiting 6 hours for Kia roadside assistance. Dealing with Mr. David was pleasant. He leaves the dealership and service went to pitiful. The service manager doesn’t treat women with respect. My car breaks down 10 minutes after leaving with a “new” engine. I had to pay for the tow and the battery. The service manager wouldn’t speak with me. I get it back again. It’s knocking. It shuts off when the air conditioner or heater is turned on. I finally get a loaner and they get the soul back. On the 23rd. The mechanic called me saying he can’t get it to replicate the noise the complaint is. And I needed to have the loaner back Monday. He hadn’t heard the noises the car was making from the videos I sent the service manager. I text the videos to the service manager again and ask him to let the mechanic listen. Today when I pick my car up. Not a word was spoken about the “findings” I read the papers on the way home. The drive belt is recommended to be replaced. But not a word was said to me. Why didn’t they replace it while they were in the car? This place just slaps a band aid on it. The service manager is a joke. The whole place is ridiculous. I miss Mr. David

DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE HERE
If I could give this service department zero stars I would. They are absolutely HORRIBLE at keeping in contact with people about their vehicles that are in their shop and are absolutely amazing at lying to people about their service manager being in a “meeting”. Sorry, he hasn’t been in a meeting for 2 weeks now. My friends vehicle has been in their hands now for a few days shy of 2 months with no contact except from her calling repeatedly to find out absolutely NOTHING has been done to it AND at one point they had no idea they even had the vehicle in their possession. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Stay away from this dealer!
My daughter bought a Kia Soul in 2017. It had less than 100,000 miles and just stopped running. She bought a service plan but the service department and dealer would not honor the plan and replace the engine even though they said that was what it needed. They kept her car from November until March. In March, she went and got the car on a trailer and traded it for a Nissan Rogue. Best move she ever made! Stay away from this dealer and service department! They are the worst! Customer service would get a 0 star!
