Very nice people to deal with and looking forward to them taking care of my trucks regular servicing

Had 1pm appointment for safety check. Was told tech just went on lunch break so the wait was 1-1/2 hrs. Last year, wait time was 20 minutes. Asked why not disclose wait time when making the appointment if different from normal and was told they don’t know when the tech will take his break. Lame excuse. What is the purpose of making appointments? So if they took me at 2:30 then all appointments after 1pm would have 1-1/2 wait? Wouldn’t it be easier to have tech take lunch at a set time and not schedule service during that time? So unprofessional. Not going back there again.

Car was not ready at agreed upon time. “Detailing” was horribly done to the point that there was visible dirt in the car and very visible, almost scratch like streaks on the windshield.

Windward Ford dealership service is awsome they took my truck in for service right away, they checked everything and did a complete service than notified me if anything was wrong or needed attention, I will keep using them for my vehicles and recommend them to my friends.
