Working with Austin was a breeze and he understood what I

Working with Austin was a breeze and he understood what I was looking for in a new truck off the bat. The F-150 Lightning Flash is the perfect fit for my growing family. Austin, Guy, and JJ were able to keep the transaction moving right along and were were out the door in a few hours. They even gave me a good deal on my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Highly recommend working with them at Windward Ford. Mahalo gentlemen.

was so happy to find a maverick hybrid, sales and finance

was so happy to find a maverick hybrid, sales and finance were very helpful over the phone. sent a deposit, flew over from maui to finish paperwork and downpayment. took 2 weeks for truck get shipped, showed up missing owners manual, leaking water on front passenger side floor, and the check engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminated. tried to make an appointment at Valley Isle Ford, but left after service department representatives were rude and combative. called Austin about missing manual and windshield leak, heʻll get back to me. love the truck, watch out for hand shake deals...

Decent service; however; during the signing of contract

Decent service; however; during the signing of contract was told that the original rebate of $2000 was changed to $1700, saying it was beyond their control and that Ford had made a last minute change. Was also promised a bed mat, and when I inspected the truck and asked for the bed mat, was told that because we renegotiated the offer they couldn’t provide the bed. These were examples of inconsistencies that led me to question their integrity and transparency. I was also told that the manager was not willing to offer the Ford X-plan discount on this 2024 vehicle because it was in high demand, yet this is a 2024 vehicle being purchased almost at the end of the year. Most dealerships would discount the vehicle near the end of the sale year to clear their inventory, and make way for the new vehicles. Otherwise experience wasn’t all that bad.

Outstanding service, can’t wait to go back & get some

Outstanding service, can’t wait to go back & get some more of that fine service, so my F-150 can get up & go because it’s got a Coyote V-8 under the hood & it cooks & thanks a lot !

5 Star service from Melvin and Mark at Windard Ford.

5 Star service from Melvin and Mark at Windard Ford. They have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. Melvin is very knowledgable, efficient, and personable. Both Melvin and Mark were able to close the deal, out the door in record time on a busy New Year's Eve. This is my 3rd Ford vehicle in 6 years as I will continue to be a Ford customer. Thank you again team at Windard Ford!!

My experience with Jessica the service advisor was very

My experience with Jessica the service advisor was very good. Since Ford sold me a 2019 Ranger which the transmission went south on at 34000 she really tried to help me figure it out. Ford is generally not concerned. The fact that I have to spend 12 or $13000 to get a new transmission installed is just really hard to believe. On a car with such low mileage. Service at Windward Ford though, is generally quite good.
