I recently visited Mazda Cape Cod for an oil change.

I recently visited Mazda Cape Cod for an oil change. The service department was outstanding. They were on time, sent me a video of the work being completed, and removed the leaves from under the wipers. I appreciate their.work and Megan had my car back to me in under an hour. Very well done and thank you.

Very friendly, clean dealership, helpfully staff. Love the video from mechanic. On time, short visit. My only issue was... A 2 month wait for a part.. I had to call twice to find out if the part was in. Thought the dealership would have called me. They discovered the issue in December when my car was serviced.

There was a small mishap during the servicing.

There was a small mishap during the servicing. A loner was required and provided. Meagan handled the issue beautifully. Car was ready the next day. No issues. Well done.
