Everyone I have ever dealt with over the years. at Premier has done their best with pleasure to accommodate my needs. The work is well explained and trustworthy. The wait time to be expected is accurate . If something unforeseen comes up a ride or loaner car is offered.

I had a broken tailight on my 2020 CX-5.

I had a broken tailight on my 2020 CX-5. Meghan quoted me about $800 plus tax. I found the part on line for $190. I asked Meghan if they could install it for me if I brought them my part. She said she would call me back. She never did. I found a video that showed me how to change it. It took me 6 minutes. Literally. And the new part is identical to the broken part, down to the writing on the back. I have 2 Mazdas that I have been servicing with you religiously. I will think twice about returning. You should be trying to help out your customers, and not try to make every last dollar from them.
