Not to terribly impressed with the service departments...

Not to terribly impressed with the service departments way of dropping your vehicle off to have work done. Cluster of cars all coming in at once and not enough service technicians to assist the customers. I will say I had exceptional customer service from Tim Goodman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and thoroughly went over all paperwork.

Bought used pirus

Enjoyed working with Dane and joe, very professional nice people. Bought a Prius took a rode trip and got 50 mph. Car has no spare tire which is a problem.

Seller failure

Used car sales here thinks you're an idiot. Sales person told me it was going to cost $1,000 to replace 2pieces of window frame plastic and access cover for passenger side mirror . Wrong!!!

You guys are killing my credit. I traded in a truck for a...

You guys are killing my credit. I traded in a truck for a new RAV4. The dealership was to pay off my truck and I paid a certain amount more. It’s been a month and a half and I still have a open loan on the truck. You guys have the truck listed for $8000 more then you gave me as a trade in. If you sell it the new owner will not get the title unless the truck is fully paid off. Sam and Joe have both told me they would call me at certain times and do not. My family has spent 150k at Kendall in two years. Not happy.

OVER CHARGING FOR A SPECIFIC JOB

Charged 5.0 hrs!!!!!!!!!!! dishonest !!!!!!!!!!!!! to do a 1.9hr job,was quoted by them!!!! was told extra charge was to for clean up?????????? bad enough they charge 145 per hr,but they add on 3 extra hours for clean up?????

THEY LIED-- SOLD US A LEMON

BEWARE!!!! Sold us a lemon while claiming to disclose all known issues. Two days after purchasing vehicle check engine light came on and it needs a new transmission.

Melissa, We absolutely will not and do not sell "lemons". You can have confidence that our follow up inspection shows the Jeep you purchased from our budget lot does not need a transmission. Since the check engine isn't currently on and there are no active failure codes it takes some additional effort to try and duplicate the issue. During this downtime, we have given you a 2019 model year SUV as a free of charge loaner to drive all the way to Colorado with your family. We sell only the best-used vehicles and we greatly value every customer. You can have confidence the Jeep is a good vehicle, it's in our shop trying to duplicate the check engine light issue you have stated and you have been given a newer nicer vehicle to borrow in the downtime. We consider this much better service than a 1-star review but respect your opinion and look forward to resolving this issue.
