The Bad: The Multi-Point Inspection listed all the

The Bad: The Multi-Point Inspection listed all the services "completed." The problem is the tire pressures listed as Outgoing is 35 psi, and yet, the tire pressures are still the same as when I brought my vehicle in (which is 30 psi in the left tires and 32 psi in the right tires.). I did not even look to see if any of the other tasks had been completed because if I cannot trust you with the little/simple tasks, how can I trust you with anything else? I have solely had all services to my 2018 Titan completed at Benton Nissan of Hoover, and have issues with the service techs' performance each time. Meaning, bluntly, you cannot trust the service technicians. I would rate this dealership 5 Stars if not for the continued problems/issues with service techs. The Good: You can trust the owner, Dale Benton, and most every Manager and Service Advisor. I have had all issues (there have been several and have cost the dealership a lot of money to correct) addressed and corrected from problems while servicing my vehicle, and is why I still take my vehicle to Benton Nissan instead of taking my vehicle in for service at a Nissan dealership which is much closer to my home and much easier to get to.

I had amazing experience at Benton Nissan Hoover. I was completely impressed with my sales person Jaleun Willis with his professionalism and customer service. Yes all the bad reviews or true bought a Honda there and the guy that was selling me the car didn’t know anything about the car then they made promises that they didn’t keep even just on something simple as finishing cleaning the car because it was dirty then they over charged me me on my vehicle when it’s estimated $10,000 I’m paying $19,000 yes they are nice but getting over on people surly
