They snuck in the extended warranty after wearing me out.

They snuck in the extended warranty after wearing me out. I’ve been trying to cancel it for four months now. I realized it and canceled the next day after purchasing. Still haven’t been paid back four months later. No one there can get me an answer. Buyer beware.

This place is a joke !

This place is a joke ! No one knows who the service manager is . I have left several reviews but they don’t care . At least 4 issues. No one wants to hear about. Can’t call Anyone and find out who is in charge!

The few times I've visited the Benton dealership my

The few times I've visited the Benton dealership my family has been greeted with total professionalism. When speaking with the technicians we get a sense our vehicle is in good hands. I feel assured and at ease when sitting in the waiting room with comfortable seating, entertainment, and unlimited snack choices for the kids. Jay is especially our favorite, he took time explaining the care needed to maintain our new vehicle. The cleanliness of the establishment is also impressive as well.

Benton Nissan has been in Hoover for as long as I can

Benton Nissan has been in Hoover for as long as I can remember. My husband and I have bought several cars from there. The sales staff if friendly and knows their products. The service department has always been prompt and prepared when we needed them. Whether it is buying a new/used Nissan or getting recall or service done to a vehicle, Benton has a great team.
