Amazing Experience

I went into the West Palm Beach Audi dealership to look for a new car, not my favorite activity. Tony D. spent hours helping us. He was professional and informative. We bought a car the following day and spent some time at the dealership. Every person we encountered was terrific! Customer service is like I have never seen before. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a reality. I would recommend this location with no hesitation. Kudos to Tony D for going the extra mile!

Audi Service Experience

My recent experience at Audi was amazing. My vehicle had to undergo an inspection and I waited in the showroom until completion. My service advisor, Bri informed me of every step and checked on me every so often until my car was ready. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Her ability to effectively communicate, work with a sense of urgency, knowledge on the cars, and overall personality allowed me to be worry free during the whole process. I come to the West Palm Beach location primarily for her and have been for the past few years. She is always so willing to help and all while doing it with a smile on her face! Five stars

I received a call from a robert from the dealership.

I received a call from a robert from the dealership. He did not have the answers to my questions and indicated that he would call me back the following monday. He never called back. But I received an email that evening from robert with all the very same details that I had already read on the online listing. I wrote him back iby email ndicating that none of my questions have been answered and that he had ignored my earlier questions. He never responded to the email either. Several days later I received an email from him. Indicating the car in question had been sold. I wrote him back asking why he had never answered my questions by telephone as promised or by emails. I have not heard from him.

Went in with the intention of walking out with a new Audi
