Robert was very helpful and patient. He got all of my car issues resolved, and it is SO much nicer to drive now. This is the first time I've really spent any money fixing it (it's a 2016), so it's been a really solid car with minimal issues. And you can't beat the free loaner car! They even came to my house to pick my car up and drop it back off once it was repaired.

All I. A say about your dealership but really about Salvatore is he was extremely professional and very helpful. He accommodated us in every way. You have an outstanding salesperson I have had many work for me over the years and he did a hat he had to do to earn the sale. Don’t let him go. He is a huge asset to Audi West Palm. Had a wonderful, professional sales person (Christine) who was very efficient in helping my wife & I select our dream car. The experience with Christine was instrumental in purchasing a SUV from Audi. Would highly recommend working with Christine and with Audi management.

Service is overpriced.
Service is overpriced. I got an estimate for over 19000 to fix my car and when I took it to another Audi specialist they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. It was in great shape. About a month later Audi called me and asked me if I wanted to sell it. Audi west palm beach is the absolute worst place to bring your car. When I contacted Audi USA they never got back to me. I will never buy another one. Before all this happened my family owned 5 but no more. They all got rid of their Audi’s.
