Jennifer was professional and friendly and effortlessly addressed all of my needs. The whole dropoff process was effortless. The service area and entire... dealership is beautiful and really takes care of the customer. The repairs were corrected. I was skeptical that they could repair the rattle but the fix actually seems to work and even tightened up another rattle on the door. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a Q7 was reserved for me as a loaner since this is the car I have and a similar car is usually allowed. Overall, the key word is effortless (make the inside area at the service desks warmer though).

Our sales rep, Destiny-Amber Rivera was awesome; she was ridiculously knowledgeable, was so very down to Earth and professional at the same time and represents... what everyone wants in car sales person: no pressure, no BS, no shmoozy sales tactics at all. She was an excellent teacher and made our decision so easy. The new cars have a ton of features and she knew them all. Richard Leonik, our Finance Manager really impressed us and was so quick with what is normally a lengthy process. I love my new Audi; it's much more quality than I expected and am very impressed with your dealership. Thank you.
